A bit of a read, but provides well organized evidence as well as the ethics of gun control, the author, Preston K. Covey, Ph.D. of Carnegie Mellon University, presented it to the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on Urban Violence. (via WaronGuns)
