Kerry's use of fear as motivation for education is brilliant, going against the grain using never-before seen logic to encourage students to study hard or else. Only a genius like John Kerry could promote higher education through such means, rather than using the worn out lure of individual prosperity.

It is amazing to think that this moron ran for President.
I think he just lost a lot of support from military families, and many more veterans.
