Stop parenting and watch the government do it for you. Despite what teachers say about parenting not being part of the job, power up for grabs is power to the state:
PEQUANNOCK, N.J. (AP) - Teens who drink alcohol could be caught three days later under a high school's new testing policy for students.I'm in agreement with the ACLU on this, but at least I'm consistent. The test, which will be given randomly to students at Pequannock Township High School, can detect whether alcohol was consumed up to 80 hours earlier.

I usualy rail against the ACLU since he chooses who it deems worhty of defense. In this case, and as you have siad, I agree. Besides being an invasion of privacy, it's a complete waste of time and another nose under the tent of state control over the lives of its citizens.
I did a bit about how the ACLU will not support the rights of the drunk Texas students who mocked the recent MLK holiday with a party off campus. Where is the ACLU in defending the rights of those kids to be morons?
If the ACLU does not defend everyone, then it should defend no one.
Great Post
