Lots of buzz today on Parker v. D.C., hopefully soon to be known as D.C. v. Heller if the Supreme Court grants certiorari.

First, an op-ed by the mayor of D.C. in the Washington Post in support of the D.C. gun ban.

Secondly, a debate at the Federalist Society.

And third, D.C. appealed to the High Court.
