Metropolitan flatulence or just a well-played hoax? I think it's a hoax, but what will Bloomberg bust the culprit for? Disturbing the peace? If it is harmless, which it most likely is, it's hilarious.
So far, no source has been found, and New Yorkers will just have to "wait for the gas to pass."
