Thanks Stan! An affirmance in Parker is a virtual lock, especially given that the statutory scope of the Militia covers "all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and . . under 45 years of age." You think the Supremes are gonna decide that only women, the handicapped and older guys can't own guns?
