Apparently, police came to search the elderly woman's house for drugs. But you know what, if I had 92-year-old eyes and ears, it's very likely that undercover cops busting down my door would meet as much lead as I could possibly shoot out of my pistol. May she rest in peace.

According to the latest reports I have read, they found neither drugs nor the person they "thought" would be there. Sounds like the cops jumped the gun.
Frankly, every one of these incidents that leaves another citizen dead or otherwise harmed is just another nail in the coffin of citizenship by local, state and feddle governments swamping the public in the sewage of anarcho-tyranny.
Let's at least hope for a well-deserved lawsuit and lots and lots of (legal) harassment of the LEOs involved. (Sometimes, from the evidence, I think the only people stupider, more venal and harmful of cintizenship than public school administrators are those who choose law enFARcement as a career. I can count on the fingers of one hand the cops I've met in my life who were not subliterate self-made morons. *sigh*)
